This balm feels like a cross between a moisturizer and a lotion; it hands down my favorite product in my regimen currently.  This product actually healed my very sensitive, acne-prone, hyperpigmentation and melasma-ridden skin. I use Avene Thermal Water before applying this to my face.  I do not put this or anything other than salicylic acid around the creases of my nose because it breaks out with anything on it but, I put this everywhere else. I have French ancestry and this is a French product so this also confirms my theory that you should find products that are created in your ancestral environments. 

Do I recommend? Most definitely.  I have used one tub and will continue to buy as long as they are in business. 

Do I find that it is worth the price tag? Yes.  I no longer wear foundation (which saves me money) because I don't feel the need to do so, and if you really knew me, you would understand how significant this is.

Throw a rock and hit any eye cream in your drugstore aisle and I have tried it.  Every single product has left me disappointed either through physical aggravation or ineffectiveness.  So, I decided to take a big jump with the mother of all eye creams - La Mer.  I am 45 so I don't want my crow's feet to get so bad that I need botox so I needed to find a solution.  In walks La Mer and although expensive, it is less expensive than the upkeep of botox or face lifts.  The guarantee is that by 21 days, you will see the effects.  Well, they are right.  I smile and laugh and that will not change so I will always have lines yet, this is definitely a must have for every day. 

One of the cures of my hyperpigmentation that I get from blemishes or any injury to my skin is the Lion Pose Unspotted 4X Dark Spot + Hyperpigmentation AHA Serum.  I learned that Mindy Kaling had a stake in the company and I absolutely adore her and so I decided to give it a go.  It works well with my Le Balm by Bonjout too!  I use Avene Thermal Water, Bonjout all over and then I put Lion Pose on then finish it with La Mer - The Hydrating Infused Emulsion. Again, this is quite pricy but, it is cheaper and less invasive than lasers and procedures. Also, I only use this every other night as I do not want to dry out my skin.
