Not born a cook and was not taught how to cook when I was younger however, I love food.  And not just any food, good food.  Being from the Southeastern part of Louisiana and Southwestern part of the Mississippi area, good food is a part of our cultural tapestry and a part of our way of life.  Check out my recipes below.

Even through all the education and experience, I still learn something new every day and for that I am lucky.  Art & Graphic Design, Social Media Design and Managment, service based businesses, website creation and original product design and launch are a few areas of my experience.  However, I am most proud of my Bachelors from UNO, MBA from LSUS and my impending doctorate from ULM.
